Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Tara — sculptor, storyteller, and owner behind Wicked FairyTale, one of Creatures of Whim’s resident artisans. Enchantment has been my lifelong companion.
I’ve been sculpting for over 20 years, specializing in fantasy-inspired art that turns imagination into tangible form, infusing clay with magic. From mystical mushrooms to mischievous monsters, my work celebrates the playful, the magical, and the weirdly wonderful.
In addition to my own art practice, I’ve spent years sharing my joy of clay with children, helping them bring their creative visions to life with clay, story, and heart. My teaching style is gentle, encouraging, and joyfully weird, just the way magic should be.
Every child (and grown-up!) carries a spark of creative power. My role is to help it shine.
I can’t wait to create a little magic with you.
Until then, stay creatively wicked.
Tara
